About Taylor O'Dwyer

Originally from Sydney, Australia, Taylor began tattooing full time in 2016 after moving to the UK. He since joined Cloak and Dagger in 2022. Taylor started in a more classic traditional style which then evolved, through focusing on technique and experimentation with colour, into a more unique surreal style. Painting and surrealist art had been a big part of Taylor’s life before becoming a tattooer which can be seen throughout his work. Painting flash has always been an integral part of Taylor’s creative process. He pulls inspiration from a wide variety of references from classic tattoo flash and surrealist art to historical ancient artefacts and architecture, demonstrating a unique take on classic American traditional
