At Tattoobnb, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please carefully review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be unused and unopened in their original packaging.
• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

• Digital Products are not eligible for return.
• Custom Products are not eligible for return.

Return Window

All return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Method

Returns must be mailed back to us with a tracking number. Please note that the return shipping label is the customer’s responsibility.

Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee is calculated based on the price of the product being returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be completed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
